Ruth Colker is the Heck Faust Memorial Chair in Constitutional Law at the Michael E. Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University. She is a nationally recognized expert in the field of disability discrimination and is the author of the leading The Disability Pendulum: The First Decade of the Americans with Disabilities Act (New York University Press 2005) and Everyday Law for Individuals with Disabilities (Paradigm Publishers 2006).
She is the recipient of the Distinguished Lecturer Award (2001), Distinguished Diversity Enhancement Award (2002), and the Distinguished Scholar Award (2003) from the Ohio State University for her work in the field ofdisability discrimination.
