The College of Business Administration Career Services office recently hosted Governor Dick Thornburgh via Skype in the Robert S. McCulloch Family Alumni Networking Zone for an hour-long networking session with current business students. About 25 undergraduate business students spoke with Governor Thornburgh about his career as a lawyer, an elected official, and his current role as counsel at K&L Gates. In addition to speaking about his experiences throughout his various career paths, Governor Thornburgh offered his insights on leadership, the role of ethical corporate governance in solving the issues in the financial systems today, lessons learned from his leadership during the Three Mile Island nuclear disaster, and his take on the political landscape in 2011.
